What we do
The Asia-Europe Society and its members organize a wide variety of events and programmes, ranging from lectures to workshops, monthly networking meetings and international conferences.
Local members and national directors are responsible for organizing and hosting these events, often in partnership with local institutions such as universities, think tanks, companies, embassies and governments.
On the regional and international level the AES aims to organize and host regular meetings for its members, as well as international conferences, study tours, etc.
Initiatives and programmes of the Asia-Europe Society are intended to represent an interest or area of concern of Asia and Europe, and many also present opportunities for humanitarian service, addressing human security concerns such as those relating to poverty, health, education and training, mobility and the environment.
